What steps will reproduce the problem?https://webplatformapis.com using Chrome for Android
(1) Open the this url
(2) Install as PWA app
(3) Open the PWA app
(4) Set minInterval to 1800000 ms (30 Minutes)
(5) Click "START PERIODIC SYNC" button
What is the expected result?
I expected to register the periodic sync and update the content every 30 minutes
What happens instead?
It shows a message say "Could not register Periodic Sync! Either feature is disabled or permission was denied"
