Reported chrome #80.0.3987.149
Tried testing the issue on reported chrome version #80.0.3987.132 using Mac 10.13.6 as per below steps:
Steps:
--------
1. logged into gmail
2. saved password
3. Logged out
4. Observed password under chrome setting password.
@Reporter: Could you please retry the issue on a new profile without any apps and extensions in it, reset all flags to default and let us know if issue still exits

I have no idea how to do "new profile without any apps and extensions in it, reset all flags to default".. it would be better to spend some time in reply and write down the steps as i did -- thanks
if new profile means creating new account for chrome and stuff. then what is point raising this issue.. i need my current browser , with apps and extensions to be fixed --

Retried the issue on reported chrome #80.0.3987.149 using Mac OS 10.13.6 by following steps as per https://crbug.com/chromium/1063627#c0 . Unable to reproduce the issue, the passwords are saved in chrome settings.
@reporter: Please follow below steps to create a new profile.
Steps:
----------
1.On the top-right of chrome(on the extreme right), you will find an avatar icon click on it.
2.Click on "Add" button.
3.Enter name of the profile and select an avatar icon.
4.Observe that a new profile is created.
Please let us know if the issue still exists. Until then adding "Needs-Feedback" label back.

Thanks for detailed reply.. adding new profile is now resolved - but i have new issue as i m using my only gmail account for other profile and having some sync issues now --
when i click save for my used autofill details it asks me to sync/link with google account
---i have attached screen shots of the messages i got in new profile..
please let me know if you need more information -

Retested the issue on chrome #80.0.3987.149 using Mac 10.14.6 and not repro at TE-end. Hence requesting someone from respective team to look into for further.

You are absolutely right, a user cannot have two profile sync'ing with the same account. Before trying to fix that, I would like first to understand the current issue in the problematic profile.

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: na
Firefox: na
IE/Edge: na
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.login to a page
2.after login click on "Save" password notification
3.logout to check if its saved or check in setting 'Saved password' section is blank
4. next time when you login for same website -notification save password appears again clicking 'Save' again does not save the password for that website
What is the expected result?
What happens instead of that?
