Description
By clicking on the "live" button a number of times, the hang will eventually get resolved when the game's next inning starts, but you seem to have to click at least once when it's hung on the commercial, wait a while until you suspect the next inning has started, and then click again.
I enabled the Linux VM environment and installed the Debian version of the Chrome browser inside the VM, and everything works great in that environment; nothing hangs.
I'm running ChromeOS version 134.0.6998.130
A few other notes:
1: I typically use an Ad Blocker, but the problem exists whether I have the Ad Blocker enabled or disabled.
2: This is the 3rd season that I've subscribed to
3: My Chromebook is a Brya platform. I have an older Chromebook (Lars platform) which I haven't booted for a long time, so I can experiment by booting it on whatever older version of the OS it's running, trying the streaming, and then let the OS update and trying it again, to see if this might have only started being a problem in a recent OS, and/or might just be an issue with Brya vs Lars.
4. I installed the Android MLB app on the Chromebook; everything works fine there, but this is probably introducing a lot more software changes as compared to using the browser from within the Linux VM.
5. To reproduce this, you'll need to sign up for an account on
Please let me know if I can try any other experiments to help resolve this.
