This is an error that occurred during the packaging build R8 processing phase.
In androidx. Appcompat: appcompat - resources: 1.7.0 on null pointer exception
Android package depends on androidx. Appcompat: appcompat - resources: 1.7.0 appear null pointer exception at R8 stage of processing
Android package depends on androidx. Appcompat: appcompat - resources: 1.7.0 appear null pointer exception at R8 stage of processing.
The file is attached to appcompat-resources: Stack log of 1.7.0 dependency packaging failure.
In addition to these two dependent also appeared the same problem androidx appcompat: appcompat: 1.7.0 and androidx viewpager2: viewpager2:1.1.0
