API 18 (4.3) same issue

Description
Chrome Version: 92.0.4500.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable) 87e72cf1f2e29180c177e6bfc71ec7a44640bd33-refs/branch-heads/4500@{#1}
OS: Win (7, 10), Mac OS (11.2.3, 11.3, 10.15.7), Linux 18.04.5 LTS
Preconditions:
None.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome, and open N.T.P.
2.Now right click an any object select inspect element.
3.Now again right click on the same selected object and select inspect inspect element observe.
4.Now click option "Select an element in the page to inspect it" and now again select the option or element.
5.Now again right click on the same selected object and select inspect inspect element.
6.Observe.
Actual Result :
The element details are not displayed after selecting inspect by right click again.
expected Result :
The element details should be displayed after selecting inspect by right click again.
Note :
This feature is seen from M-75 to M-87 and later this feature got updated.
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-88, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed..
