OS : Windows(7,10) and Mac(10.15.7, 12.0, 11.5.2)
Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and open devtools
2.Click on three dot icon and select rendering
3.Click on Layer borders and the click on frame rendering or core web vital
4. Unselect the layer borders and keep the other as selected
5. Observe that a layer border is still remains on the page until we uncheck the other selection or mouse over it
Actual Result : Layer border is not disappearing completely when multiple options are checked
Expected Result : Layer border should disappear completely when multiple options are checked
This is a Non-Regression issue seen since M90, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
Note:
1. Issue is reproducing on Windows(7,10) and Mac(10.15.7, 12.0, 11.5.2)
2. Issue is reproducing on Beta #94.0.4606.51, Dev #95.0.4636.10 and Stable #93.0.4577.82
3. Issue is not reproducing on Linux
