GMSPanoramaView doesn't send the -panoramaView:didMoveToPanorama: delegate callback when moving between interconnected, user generated panoramas.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open GMSPanoramaView with a GMSPanorama with this panoramaID: CAoSLEFGMVFpcE1od2hqclB2andLYzI0Qnp3SW5VRHdQOHM1S1pYS1ZWY2RRYUxZ
2. Tap one of the arrows to move to the neighboring panorama
3. Notice that -panoramaView:didMoveToPanorama: is not called. Also panoramaView.panorama doesn't change.

Google Maps SDK for iOS version: 2.3.30035.0
