It seems that the (

https://github.com/RhodiumToad/ip4r) isn't currently available in cloudsql for postrgres. It is available on Amazon's RDS, and is an essential extension if you're working with IP addresses.

+1 to voting for the ip4r extension. Currently not supported in Cloud SQL and we make use of it.
