Places API is not designed to provide exhaustive lists of results, e.g. all addresses in a postal code.
Alternatives at hand are:
- Geocoding API search for a (single) address can be restricted to a specific postal code.
-https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/35822067 is a request to allow the same in Place Autocomplete
