Steps to reproduce:
1) Write sample App using GLSurfaceView and GLSurfaceViw.Renderer to render bitmap:
   
   Sample code can be found at following android developer page:
     https://developer.android.com/training/graphics/opengl/environment.html

2) Install and run app. Now send app to back ground by tapping on recents app button.
3) observe that the app preview shown for the app in recents app list, is a black Screen.
4) Tap on the app preview from recent list to bring back app to foreground. Black screen disappears after bringing app to foreground.

Issue : Black screen shown in app preview in recent app list.

Expected behavior : No Black screen app preview should be shown when app send to background. Correct app preview should be shown in the recent app list.

Android version : Android 8.0.0

Build version : OPP3.170518.006

Device : Pixel C tablet. Issue is eaisly reproducible on Pixel C table.
