I had chimed in on https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/62007004 suggesting FTS support, but that was declared out of scope, as the issue was for column constraints.

So, here's a tracking feature request for FTS support, or (if preferred) some escape hatch to allow us to control the CREATE TABLE statement (so long as what we do does not break Room).
