Every time I submit an issue, I get a warning modal that my email will be shared w/ Google team.

I get it already. I don't need to be told every single time. :-P

Please show this only once by default, or at least have a 'don't show again' checkbox / setting.

Actually, one step further:

How about showing me *your* email & name?

It feels very one-sidedly corporate-impersonal when you know who I am, but not vice versa.
