If the "Release Name" column is too narrow in the "Select a system image" screen of the "Virtual Device Configuration" wizard, the "Download" link is concealed.

It just looks like these system images can't be downloaded — perhaps because those platform versions are deprecated. It's non-obvious that the display of the "Download" link is coupled to the window width.
