Geolocation lookups for cellular towers in Guam are failing [72411057]

Hello,

I have two cellular locations in Guam that I am trying to lookup using the Google Geolocation API. Below are the two sample cellular locations. However, when I post either location details to the Geolocation API, the lookup fails with a 404 notFound response. If I try to use the same cellular location details on the

combain.com API, it works fine and returns a lat/lon of 13.51767,144.80711 for both locations. This leads me to believe these Guam cellular locations are missing in Google's database of cellular towers. Is there some process I can perform to have these towers added to Google's Geolocation database?

tengo un problema cuando se esta descargando el mapa de geolocalizacion, genera un error de descarga .
se produjo un error.
Esta pagina no cargo bien Google Maps.
