Terminology management allows us to achieve effective and accurate translations by organizing these terms with a clear set of rules for their usage.
A termbase is a central repository, similar to a database, which allows for the systematic management of approved terms in both source and target languages.
Currently google translate API doesn't provide the API to utilize user defined termbase and become inconsistent leading to translations.
It is better to have the scheme to upload user defined termbase and utilize those terms in google translation for consistent/accurate translations.

Ideally it should support the ISO and LISA sponsored .TBX format, which is based on XML.
