I'm not sure if this is the correct FR but we basically need a way to backup/mirror Cloud Source Repos to other projects.
This is intended to safeguard the repositories against intentional/accidental deletion. I'm aware we can clone to local, but this starts to get unmanageable when we have lots of repositories and besides that, we want to ensure we have cloud-based backups and not rely on local disks.

Description
Currently "gcloud source repos clone" does not provide option for cloning a bare repo.
Adding option "--bare" for cloning a bare repository would be appreciated.
