That will allow to manage cloud function calls. Currently proposed languages are not sophisticated enough.

Painful without support with Python - need to do utf-8 decoding in PostGreSQL DB function which we can do simply out of the box with Python - but have had to implement a C function instead

Customer needs to add pl/perl language extension too.
