I've just started a GCE trial and concern #1 is blowing the provided budget by not seeing hidden potential costs. So i would like to see these details very much after the facts.
But better would be to see the minimum costs for a resource i added. Like a VM. Im not even refering to traffic or scaling predictions ofcourse, but an indication on those would be nice.

Description
With current bill export reports we don't have a direct way to analyse per resource like VM cost.
If we could include resource ID in billing export sheet it would be much helpful.
Usage export provides attribute as :
Account ID Line Item Start Time End Time Project Measurement1 Measurement1 Total Consumption Measurement1 Units Resource URI Resource ID
While Billing export file has attributes
Line Item Start Time End Time Project Measurement1 Measurement1 Total Consumption Measurement1 Units
There is no ResourceID in Billing export file.
Even though it's not there we can get Total consumption from Usage and compare it with billing and perform basic calculation to get per resource value however Billing file is generated at different time compare to Usage file.
This causes discrepancy in Total consumption per LineItem.
Hence would like to have resource ID in bill export which will help us easily identify resource per day bill.
Or have a way to align billing and usage report
