Hello,
Are you looking something related to this [1] and list IP addresses based on regions? Can you elaborate little more about what are trying to achieve so that I can file a feature request to the internal team?
Please note, at the moment, all external IP address ranges used by the Google Cloud Platform are linked to Mountain View, California, though Google's IPs are not "bound" in a specific geographical region. For more details you can check here [2]. And there is already a feature request [3] for the instances to use the external IP address from the same region where they are deployed.

Your first link is basically what I requested, except that the addresses are not listed by regions. I understand that is pending the other issue. Still, JSON is a much easier format to parse than using DNS lookups.
