It would be useful to have a flag or an option to create a machine in a zone and if it is not possible due to quota or stock-out to create it AUTOMATICALLY in a different one of the same Region.

I would really appreciate the above implemented. I'm stuck because of resource not available at zone error and not able to create any instance in any of the zones.

We are not able to launch a VM to migrate one of our e-com clients to GCE due to this issue. We even have a committed use discount purchased.
