There is no API to get billing/pricing information for resources used. APIs are only available to get the billing account information but not the actual bill cost.
It would be great if you can provide an API to retrieve the total price along with the resources used in the specified time period programmatically.
Something like -
API:
GET

https://cloudbilling.googleapis.com/v1/{name=projects/*}/billingInfo
Response:
Resources used along with the costs.
Filters can be like last one month, three months etc.

This is not only useful for IP addresses, but also for many other resources. I understand that names are currently used as identifiers, so this request is probably not trivial to implement. Maybe distinguishing between a (numeric, automatically generated) identifier and a (textual) label is the way to go?
