Reading through the snapshot documentation [1], I have not been able to see a label option so that at the time a snapshot is created a label can also be added to it. I have seen that a label can be added after the snapshot is created, at the GCP Console or using gcloud, but having this label option with gcloud to add the label whilst the snapshot is created could prove to be a useful feature.
