Hi,

Is WiFi WPS support been deprecated in Android P? WpsInfo class has been market as deprecated! (

https://developer.android.com/sdk/api_diff/p-dp2-incr/changes/android.net.wifi.WpsInfo) and the startWps() method on WiFiManager is also market as deprecated and says "WPS suport has been deprecated from Client mode and this method will immediately trigger onFailed(int) with a generic error." (

Also, this is exactly the same API that is used on the Android WiFi Settings UI (

Does this mean WPS is now deprecated? If that's the case, i think i should be documented on behavior changes,.

please? pretty please? I mean seriously... this would be amazing. I would actually
use Google docs if this where implemented. I don't always have access to the internet
with my laptop and i don't always have access to the my laptop. With this and
