The ability of an app to delete or update a wifi network configuration, that was not created by itself, has been removed in this version. However, our provisioning app requires this permission to be able to provision network configurations. Can you please provide a solution or workaround for this ? I have provided the specific error message as well below:

Wi-Fi and Networking Changes

This release introduces the following behavior changes to the Wi-Fi and networking APIs.
•            Your apps can now change the state of WifiConfiguration objects only if you created these objects. You are not permitted to modify or delete WifiConfiguration objects created by the user or by other apps.
