Android build: OPM4.171019.021.D1
Device used: Modell Pixel, Android 8.1.0, security patch Jun/2018
Steps to reproduce:
possibility 1: use a WIFI without IPv4 (disable dhcp-server for ipv4, don't use DNS64/NAT64)
possibility 2: use a dualstack (cellular) APN as single stack IPv6
I use possibility 2, it is easier in my case.
expected behavior: mostly all google services are accessible via IPv6, so I expect this is also valid for the most/important googl-apps
I open Play Store (app): it fails, complaining about "no internet connection"
I open You Tube (app): it fails, "couldn't sign in" .
I open google maps (app): it works, but "sign in" is silently ignored
I open news & weather (app): it works, except only general news are displayed, any personalized adjustments are ignored
If I use the same services via browser (firefox) login works. Chrome mostly redirects to the app, so I cannot test it.
Other services (gmail-app (configured to use my company account), sftp) work as long the servers are completely ipv6-enabled.

Please provide the bugreport.
Android bug report
After reproducing the issue, press the volume up, volume down, and power button simultaneously. This will capture a bug report on your device in the “bug reports” directory. Attach the bug report file to this issue.
Alternate method:
After reproducing the issue, navigate to developer settings, ensure ‘USB debugging’ is enabled, then enable ‘Bug report shortcut’. To take bug report, hold the power button and select the ‘Take bug report’ option.
Note: Please upload the files to google drive and share the folder to android-bugreport@google.com, then share the link here.

This is not a bug in the Android OS itself, but in the apps and services mentioned in the bugreport, so it is not appropriate to report it here. See https://source.android.com/setup/contribute/report-bugs .
It's worth noting that the proposed network configuration (an IPv6-only network without a NAT64) can't reach large parts of the Internet - for example it can't reach more than 30% of the top websites. So it's not a usable configuration in practice.

It doesn't matter if the proposed network configuration can't reach large parts of the internet. This report is about a very small part of the internet:
android, android-system-apps and google services - lie in one hand, your hand.
In general all parts "IPv6 compatible" - in detail it fails.
This IPv6-only configuration may not usable in practice (in your point of view). But remember, forcing apps to use DNS64/NAT64/NATv4-gateways(or even worse 464xlat) is a performance and a stability problem - in very common configurations.
I have now to write a bug report for any failing app?

Dear google team,
as IPv6 only networks already have become reality (and will become more in the near future), what is the best way to get all the base Android apps (i.e. at least the play store) to work in IPv6 only networks?

Description
test device: Pixel
expected behavior: google apps should work as usual
real behavior:
news&weather: forgets the personalized parts
Play Store: search for apps failed
YouTube(app): cannot login
YouTube within the browser works, including login/logout
google maps (app): login not possible
