I've implemented this for Studio 4.2. You can now place translatable="false" on the root <resources> node in a strings file, and that has the same effect as if the whole file had been named "donottranslate.xml".

Thanks for the suggestion!
Description
For lint it is possible on file level by <resources tools:ignore="MissingTranslation">, but it obviously doesn't work for pseudoLocalesEnabled true
Would be possible to add some official way how to do it on file level with possibility to keep own name of the file?
