It seems android has gotten hacked and some sort of malicious code has blocked functionality of call log, paid apps has lost functionality and more.

It must be a bug.
As android is a "free" os and i am not a toddler and i can make my own decisions i can't see how this is possible.

Fix this bug and/or stop insinuating that i am toddler/child.
