I suspect that this is a return of the issue described at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/129591245

Android Gradle Plugin: 3.5 beta1
The same issue is here.
But it have not fixed.
ConstraintHelper cannot resolve ids. it outputs warning log.
"W/ConstraintHelper: Could not find id of "text1" "
I will attach the sample project. Please check feature module in this project.
