Description
Issue summary: If in the host project you go to VPC Networks > [VPC_NAME] > Static internal IP addresses, you can only see the IP's for the Shared VPC that were actually reserved from the Host project. From a service project there is no way to inspect this.
You can use 'gcloud compute instances list --project=[PROJECT_NAME]' to inspect either the host project or one of the service ones.
What you expected to happen: I'm requesting a way to display the whole Shared VPC reserved IP's either from the host project Cloud Shell or the console, because a Shared VPC is meant to manage resources globally between project and in this case it cannot be done.
