Tried on Linux, no problem occurred. Seems the problem only happens on Windows.

I don't know what happened, but it seems that the problem has disappeared in Canary 8.

Seems like that was the same problem as b/137882002 .
Description
1. Create a new project use "Empty activity" (or use attached project.zip)
2. Found the fields of R class is "red" (can't resolve symbol, see 1.png)
Tried "Sync Project Files with Gradle Files" and "Invalidate Caches / Restart", both of them can't solve the problem.
The project has no problem since compile and install do not have errors.
