Using AGP 3.5.0 and Gradle 5.4.1, attempting to lint a project where @VisibleForTesting(otherwise = VisibleForTesting.PACKAGE_PRIVATE) is applied in a Kotlin file will generate warnings if that function/class is used within the same package.

The warning is generated regardless if the class usage is in a Java or Kotlin file.  

The warning is _not_ generated if the annotation is applied in a Java file and then that function/class is accessed in either Java or Kotlin.
