Include the following information that is specific for problems related to building your projects or problems with Gradle sync:

Gradle version: 5.1.1

Android Plugin Version: 3.5.0

Module Compile Sdk Version: 'Cpac Systems AB:Cpac APIs 28:28'

Building with the above custom sdk, works fine using the gradle plugin version 3.4.2, using 3.5.0 we get a "hash" error. I don't know if this is an issue with the cpac addons, or with the gradle plugin 3.5.0. This is stopping us from updating the Gradle plugin.

Easy to replicate, create project, add the SDK addon, set the compileSdkVersion to the above, and build.
