Currently, AS injects the full list of compatible ABIs for a given device to AGP, but AGP only builds the first ABI in the list (See

A use case for this is the ability to test 32bit native libraries on a physical device when the user only has 64bit physical devices.

We'd have to make Studio let you choose which ABI to inject (and then only inject this one). This is more a studio problem.
