Similar to b/142809384, we aren't intercepting function references which should work in the same way as lambdas.

@Composable
fun Foo() {}

@Composable
fun Test(child: @Composable() () -> Unit = ::Foo) {}

This will fail with 'Expected type mismatch: inferred type is () -> Unit but () -> Unit was expected'. Manually casting fixes this, but shouldn't be needed.

Note that similar to b/142809384, I believe this work is blocked on https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-34900 - right now our extension point only intercepts lambda calls, so we have no way of intercepting reference expressions needed for this.
