Thank you for the suggestion! I've merged an implementation of this to our internal tree, which should make its way through to 4.1 Beta and hopefully to the 4.1 release.
Description
For example if I rename a module from `old` -> `new`. Then the base build.gradle still has the following:
`dynamicFeatures = [":old"]`
Obviously this can easily be resolved by manually changing the build.gradle in base, but it'd be nice if this was automatically done for you.
