Im trying to make data binding works incrementally. I follow documents and updated gradle.properties / module.gradle file. Then if I try Make project and check Build > Build Analyzer. Im still getting error that databinding is not incremental. Im not sure if its bug of Build Analyzer or DataBinding itself.

Android Studio version 4.0

Kotlin Gradle Plugin version : 1.3.70 //Tried with 1.3.72 too, no luck

gradle.properties:
