Description
Due dates and times can be set via the Task API however the API explains that due time is ignored. This is unexpected as far as the user is concerned when using our app, this has added to needless support tickets over the years reporting this as a "bug". Please add support for this so the API can read due time values.
What is the purpose of this new feature?
The information is already present and available. Users using a third party app that syncs with Google Tasks expect completeness when it comes to accessing / updating / modifying their tasks. Right now the API is extremely limited - it does not expose basic functionality including setting due times.
What existing APIs would this affect?
Google Task
What existing data does this use?
Due dates and times
