I recently bought a chromebook that experiences this issue (drops every 10-15 mins) and found the drops occur precisely when my router's wifi congestion avoidance switches radio channels. I then configured my wireless router to use a fixed channel rather than "auto", and have not experienced a single dropped connection since.

Hi folks,
This bug has a lot of different issues that are conflated, which makes it difficult to move forward. I'll close the bug for now, please re-open a different bug if you're still experiencing the same issue.

But show no networks or anything. Then suddenly pop back into my home network and reconnect in an instant.
Total down time is between 20 and 30 seconds. But it happens very frequently. Enough so to cause me to come here seeking some fixes

#16 might have hit this nail on the head.
Description
ChromeOS version: 70.0.3538.110 - 73.0.3683.114
ChromeOS device model:
Dell Chromebook 11 (3120) - (Candy)
Chromebook 11 Model 3180 - (Kefka)
Case#: 18944449
Description: Device users randomly disconnect from Wi-Fi network.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to a Chromebook with user.
2. Use the device for a while.
- Troubleshooting steps taken:
-the customer has reported that the only specific users are affected, but not sure because the network policy has assigned to the devices level, not users and it looks like CrOS is not stable.
-Device log info which I’ve reviewed.
Log file:
Time stamp info:
Log info:
The user info and network info.
-The affected users were moved to another OU where no Extensions are forced installed, and users are restricted from installing them, but the issue persisted.
-The issue can be replicated by the same person using a brand new account. It was created today 04/26/2018, but the issue persisted.
(User info:
-Wiping the device did not help.
-I suggested to update to the latest stable version (73.0.3683.114) as they were working on 70.0.3538.110, where the issue is reproducible
-One of the affected users used his mother account for a while, and was not able to replicate the issue that way.
(User info:
Another log files that the customer shared.
Screenshot when disconnecting from AP,
Policy json.
