Currently, the only way to set which x86 asm syntax to use when LLVM outputs an assembly file is via the cl::option "x86-asm-syntax", forcing us to do something like:

	const char *argv[] = {
		"Reactor",
		"-x86-asm-syntax", "intel"  // Use Intel syntax rather than the default AT&T
	};
	llvm::cl::ParseCommandLineOptions(sizeof(argv) / sizeof(argv[0]), argv);

Add this option to the MCOptions class so that we can do something like:

	auto &options = targetMachine.get()->Options.MCOptions;
	options.ShowMCEncoding = true;
	options.AsmVerbose = true;
	options.X86AsmSyntax = llvm::X86AsmSyntax::Intel; // <-- New

Make sure to upstream this change as well.
