Please provide following information which will help us to investigate this further:
Could you please explain the statement a bit more "And if it got problems with installation to abort them immediately."
And kindly confirm the above request is made in context of Android Studio IDE.

Sorry,
correct it refers to Android Studio IDE. I meant running apps on the phone for developing, sometimes it gets stuck so either I could wait until it fails or reconnect the usb cable.

Ah no, just wanted to tell you my ideas for improving android studio.
ma...@googlemail.com <ma...@googlemail.com> #6
Do you integrate that into 4.2 or 4.3?

As long as this issue is an open case I cant report new feature requests?
jb...@google.com <jb...@google.com> #8
You should definitely be able to file new feature requests, even if this one is still open. Are you seeing otherwise?
To clarify: is "and if it got problems with installation..." a separate request from "in the device file explorer..."? Or, in what situation does it get stuck?
In the future, when filing bugs or feature requests, please file a separate bug/feature request for each separate issue rather than grouping them together.
For now I'll say that this bug can track what's in the subject and first in the description: adding a way to remember recently used folders in the device file explorer.

Description
love your product but could you do me a favour and extend it:
in the device file explorer is it possible to make a remember function, what folder was opened last.
And if it got problems with installation to abort them immediately.
Thanks for your work!!!!
