according to the description this will be a signal for beng single line and horizontally scrolling rather than the maxLines.
maxLines will be merged soon, single line flag will follow.
Description
CrOS FrameSinkVideoCapturer delivers SharedBuffer I420 VideoFrame, it will introduce extra VideoFrame copies in both preview and encoding path, bad for power efficiency and latency.
Require to optimize FrameSinkVideoCapturer to deliver GMB NV12 VideoFrame instead.
