Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
Uploading and downloading over google cloud ssh must be over the serial interface or something, its really slow. This itself isn't a huge problem but the upload/download progress indicator google provides is a massive window and they put it at the bottom of the screen which is also always where the curser will be on an active screen. Effectively administrators have to wait until these x/ymodem transfers complete to regain control of the SSH interface again. In some cases this could be a long period of time, depending on file size being transferred.
What you expected to happen:
Download applet made to be much much smaller, less impeding on the users interface, and/or, move download applet to the top of the screen where it will almost certainly never interfere with admins using the CLI while it is being used.
Steps to reproduce:
upload or download any file while in a web ssh session.
