I cannot add a marker non-clickable, the users can see snipet even empty

For example my "users location" marker doesnt need to be clickable, but I would be nice to have a setup, like dragable(false) on marker creation or a MarkerOptions.clickable.
The problem of others elements that they scale with the map unlike the marker
