What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open Google Translate with a Pixel 4.
2. Switch to English language and let it translate to German (or vice versa).
3. Say "It's a beautiful day today, isn't it" relative quietly.
4. Pay attention to how much gets transcribed.
5. It will take a few tries until you can reproduce it.
What did you expect to happen?
Everything gets transcribed.
What actually happened?
It didn't transcribe everything or it transcribes wrongly.

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?

Compared to the on-device model for English that is installed in Beta 3, this is very lackluster solution and needs urgent fixing!
It will transcribe wrongly in many cases, because it uses some other transcription model...
That's embarrassing...
