I'll record a video of me interacting with my hands with the device. You should be easily able to see what the issue is in the video.

Sorry, the first one was the wrong video. I hope you can see the new one...

The screenrecord provided in the above comment doesn't play any content except background audio, so please check and provide the screen record of the issue.

@ comment#7 I'm using Windows 11 and it plays perfectly on my PC. It also plays perfectly on my Pixel 4. And I made the video on an iPad. So, if you were trying to watch this on a Mac, for example, I recommend to use a Google Pixel 4 instead (or Pixel 6, unless you have an iPhone...).
I fully understand that a Pixel is not for everyone (even Googlers). But with all due respect, it's so easy to find a platform that plays this video. It's just laziness on your part...
You can do better...
If you, for some non-understandable reasons, want me to still provide you with yet another video that is able to run on the platform you're using (likely Mac OS), then I will provide that video.

Please provide a video captured from another device showing the color glitches as we are not working on Mac or iphone. While playing the video provided above we get only audio without the video part, so we couldn't verify the color glitch issue.

@ comment#10 Don't you have a... Google device laying around somewhere? Is it that hard for you at Google to have both, a Google and an Apple device?
Either way, I'll make a new recording with my dad's Galaxy S21. It's a shame that I recorded on an iPad and you weren't able to play it on your Apple devices.
Seems to me that it not always "just works".

@ comment#16 I will not (again) record a video of the issue. You have the exact same issue that's still happening on S3B1.220218.004 (Beta 1 of the upcoming Feature drop release) shown in comment#15 .
Here's the bug report from S3B1.220218.004 of my Pixel 4:

Description
(Note: It is the build when sending this report. For exact build reference, please see the attached bugreport.)
What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue
When did this happen?
Feb 12, 2022 03:20 GMT+01:00
What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open YouTube.
2. Search for the video that's called "Android 13 Developer Preview 1: Top New Features! (and problems)".
3. Tap on the first recommended video.
4. Play the video and instantly pause it again.
5. Switch to horizontal mode or vertical mode (depending on the mode you're using right now) by rotating the device.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the colours of the video to stay the same throughout the rotation.
What actually happened?
The colour of the video slightly got much more saturated and then faded again into the state they were in before.
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Slight
Additional comments
You can actually not see the bug in the screen recording... I will provide another video of my iPad or older Pixel phone recording the bug. It's only seeable in person. :(
The bug happens with every HDR video in YouTube in Beta 3 of 12L. But in the video I used for this bug report it's easily seeable (in person).
