At present, the advertised base priority can only be configured on a per BGP session basis, not a per-prefix basis for routes advertised in that BGP session.

Description
As a school we would like to use shell to teach programming to the students and Cloud Shell looks the easy way.
The can work in the school lab and continue the development at home.
It should be a school decision to limit the usage to the under 18.
