Here I request something more subtle: After showing once, don't show again.
I also request here that developers of the app could make the notification appear shortly after launching the app, as they know it's supposed to run forever.

There I wrote that if you insist on having this, at least show it just once, and offer developers to request to show it as soon as possible, to avoid confusion of the user seeing it as if it's something new.
Here I request to remove this notification completely, never showing it, because we already have this kind of information being stuck forever in the notification drawer (either as a notification or in the new UI of Android 13).

Maybe even let developers choose to show it right away, to prevent the user from seeing it later.
