Description
Take a look at the side bar when I'm running Android Studio (see screenshot).
I think we have too many "device related" ones; in particular, I think the Device File Explorer should be folded into the Device Manager. Typically my device manager is only using up half of the vertical height anyway, so it would easily account for a bottom half showing a particular device selection's contents.
