What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Turn on Auto-rotate.
2. Open YouTube.
3. Play a video.
4. Slowly turn the phone from vertical mode to horizontal.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the phone to switch to horizontal mode.
What actually happened?
The phone didn't react unless I turned the phone quickly.
