Summary: There should be a dimension "pagePath". The "unifiedScreenName" dimension usually isn't suitable for any automated parsing and, for example, comparing with local database.
Expected Behavior: Having pagePath realtime dimension available. As a bonus, "hostname" realtime dimension would be absolutely awesome.
Steps to Reproduce: Take a look into the old "reporting api" reference, there is dimension "rt:pagePath":
Take a look into the new GA4 "data api" reference, there is no such dimension:
